Reid’s Prospect is a mixed-use community nestled on 105 acres of land located four miles west of Interstate 95 at the intersection of Prince William Parkway and Asdee Lane. The proposed project combines the Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) with a Colonial Architectural flair that will offer residents and visitors a unique live/work experience.
The strategic layout of Reid’s Prospect provides pedestrian-focused streets and the planned availability of retail, office and park uses define the mixed-use concept. The project is planned for over 400,000 SF commercial space and 532 residential units. Traffic calming measures will be implemented to ensure a safer environment and encourage pedestrian flow to the community’s commercial and recreational venues.
Reasonably priced multi-family units will draw both upwardly mobile singles and couples along with active retired adults. Minimal front yard setbacks will tie the home styles with the overall community look and feel, creating a sense of unity.
GROUPE provided planning, zoning, engineering, boundary, topographic and construction stakeout services. The residential portion of the project includes single-family lots, townhomes, and multifamily apartments served by a public/private road system.
